Direct entry
Over a period of 24 months, we support young professionals in gaining a foothold in their working environment at EWE. Direct entrants receive extensive introductory training and take on increasing responsibility for their area of assignment. At network meetings, field trips and seminars, the focus is on communication with colleagues and thinking outside the box.
